AIR Aerial Fitness offers a great workout that isn't just for aerialists! Our Foundation class is a 50-minute, high-energy, full-body workout using the aerial sling as a great way to strengthen your upper body, core, and lower body.
AIR Flow classes tone it down a bit, with slow, yoga-like movements.
Other formats include Intermediate and Advanced Foundation, Restoration, and occasional workshops to refine your aerial sling skills!
