Aerial fitness and aerial conditioning aren't just for aerialists, they are great ways for everyone to enjoy a whole-body workout using aerial slings!
Aerial fitness incorporates aspects of Barre, Pilates, yoga, and TRX-style movements into one 50 minute whole-body workout. Yoga-esque stretches complete the workout during cooldown.
Hi! I'm Ally, and I love aerial as an art of self-expression. It's confidence-building nature, the ability to connect with your inner-child and let go, and the community it creates are among some of the reasons I adore it! I enjoy training and teaching aerial sling, split silks, and slow stretchy aerial yoga flows.
My favourite thing about training others in aerial is the satisfaction I see in people when they put together and accomplish a flow, pose, or routine and realise how fantastic they look! It never gets old!
