Acro Aerial/Aerial Dance

The aerial arts are for everyone. Those who train bring their sense of adventure, inner child, and current strengths, while working on the things they'd like to strengthen. Students work on poses, movement, and creating flows while getting in a great workout!

Book a class at the Montgomery studio.
