Aerial Sculpt

Aerial fitness and conditioning aren't just for aerialists, they are great ways for everyone to enjoy a whole-body workout using aerial slings!


Aerial sculpt incorporates aspects of Barre, Pilates, yoga, and TRX-style movements into one 50 minute whole-body workout. Yoga-esque stretches complete the workout during cooldown.

Aerial Sculpt is a workout for every body that incorporates barre, pilates, yoga, and strength training. Workouts can be modified to your needs.


The following are conditions that may not be suitable for aerial activities. Please check with your doctor before engaging in aerial if you have any of the following:

  • Pregnant women (note, there are modifications + special classes you can attend)
  • People with heart conditions.
  • People with vertigo or dizziness.
  • People with spinal issues.
  • People with glaucoma.
  • Individuals with recent injuries or surgeries.
  • People with severe arthritis.
  • Those with respiratory issues.


Aerial is a GREAT way to work on both flexibility AND strength. Your classes, whether it be acro aerial, aerial yoga, or aerial yoga + pilates, are tailored to your needs, and modifications are offered.
