This 90-minute event starts with a 60-minute beginner-friendly yoga using low-hanging fabrics, followed by a weightless 30-minute shavasana in the fabrics accompanied by the sounds of the crystal, glass, and Nepalese bowls, hang drum, rain sticks, and more.
