Adventures In Aerial, Apparatus Classes
Aerial is a form of body movement like no other. Through it, students of the art create beautiful poses, movements, and flows, all while building strength, mobility, and confidence.
My classes aim to allow kids to explore and trust themselves, help them to discover their power, to learn control and pace by working with their breath, to find freedom in their bodies through flow, and to build awareness and communication skills that will serve them even outside of the aerial studio.
Kids will have the opportunities to:
•Participate in aerial-focused warm ups and conditioning
•Work on learning dynamic poses and flows
•Perform for their peers if they choose to
•Keep an aerial journal to track their thoughts, feelings, and progress
•Work with peers on activities such as exercises, and putting together flows
•Learn about aerial safety and how our rigging system works
Also included:
•DropBox access to photos and videos of your student
•Option to work on a routine for studio showcases
