Not at all. This will be a beginner-friendly yoga and you can do as much or as little as you like. Hell, you can decide to just lay on your mat at any time and chill until shavasana, then chill some more.

Absolutely not. You know your body best, and if something doesn't seem right, take a moment. Yoga isn't just about poses, it's about so many other things, including giving yourself grace. The most beautiful thing I've seen in yoga is where someone needed a moment and sat gently with their eyes closed until they re-centred themselves. Ask me about my tried-and-true "pit stop" poses!
I'm your new yoga BFF. Email me, come early, get comfortable, and I'll welcome you, be sarcastic or silly with you, and I'll even give you a pass to laugh at me if I tip over. Also, I'll need *someone* to look at for reassurance when I mess up what I'm saying or accidentally swear. We can bond over that.
Who said you need yoga clothes? Just be comfortable! Unrestrictive clothing is ideal and stretchy or loose pants are the best, but really, whatever you want to wear. Bonus points if you share where you got that cute top.
